Talent request is a form with prerequisites, once completed and entered, searches for talents all around the world that match the prerequisites and enables those talents to be able to respond to the talent request.

Our talent alert service will enable a scout or Agent to be alerted when a talent that meets their requirements is registered, this triggers a notification email. With the talent alert service, the scout will have full multimedia profiles of the talents that meet the requirements, the scout can then go through the profile and select the talents he would like to see complete match videos of.
